This gathering was attended by thousands of people including one Udham Singh (Vicky Kaushal). At that time Udham Singh was an orphan and lived in an orphanage. On 13 April, in Jallianwala Bagh, bullets were fired on unarmed people on the orders of General Dyer. In which thousands of people were killed, when the massacre Udham Singh (Vicky Kaushal) saw with his eyes, his blood boiled and then Udham Singh (Vicky Kaushal) took the soil of Jallianwala Bagh and took a oath to avenge Jallianwala Bagh from General Dyer and current Punjab Governor Michael O ‘ Sworn . In 1927, Udham Singh (Vicky Kaushal) returned to India. On returning to India, Udham Singh was arrested by the police for non-weapon possession. After being released from prison, Udham Singh (Vicky Kaushal) arrived in London to fulfill his oath of office, and there Uddham Singh (Vicky Kaushal) came to know that General Dyer had died due to illness. But General Dyer was accompanied by Michael O’Dwyer in the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. On 13 March 1940, the Royal Central Asian Society had a meeting in Caxton Hall, London. Michael O’Dwyer was also there. Udham Singh (Vicky Kaushal) opened fire while targeting Michael O’Dwyer in which two bullets hit Michael O’Dwyer and he died instantly. Udham Singh (Vicky Kaushal) did not try to escape from there and was arrested. Udham Singh was tried and convicted of murder on 4 June 1940.
